The JRJGC Golf Club, located at Legion Memorial and Walter Hall Golf courses is proud to announce our new partnership with the First Tee program.The Joe Richer Junior Golf Club (JRJGC) was founded in 1999 and was named in honor of Joe Richer who was a PGA-caliber golfer who bypassed a possible career on the pro tour in favor of a lifetime of teaching, counseling, and coaching Everett Area youth. Joe touched a lot of young people’s lives for over 3 decades.

The JRJGC is focused on playing the great game of golf. We host weekly competitions for the Players Club (PC) throughout the summer for kids of all ages and ability. Preceding each competition is an hour-long clinic to help the juniors brush up on all aspects of the game. For those just learning or haven’t quite got the basics of golf, we also offer our weekly Players in Training (PIT) clinics. The weekly PIT program will be executed by the First Tee program of Greater Seattle.

• Players Club plays weekly (June-August) for merchandise from the pro shops. All juniors will play from different tees, based on ability and be flighted in competitions based on ability/age. We create a fun but competitive environment, similar to high school golf or WJGA. Cost is only $40 to join the JRJGC. That fee will get you over 10 hours of instruction and access to play in weekly competitions to win merchandise.

• Players In Training will conduct lessons in July and August at both golf courses. The PIT program will be run by the First Tee of Greater Seattle. Prices vary, past Joe Richer Members will get a discount on clinics held at Legion Memorial or Walter Hall. 
  ***The Joe Richer club has partnered with the First Tee of Greater Seattle. The First Tee will now be teaching our Players in Training sessions. You can only sign up for the Players in training portion online at https://firstteeseattle.org/programs/register/. The First Tee/Players in Training sessions will be on Tuesdays at Walter Hall and Thursdays at Legion Memorial.***

We hope to see you at Legion Memorial or Walter Hall this summer playing in our Players Club, or the Players in Training program run by the First tee of Greater Seattle.
