Hello to all Snohomish/Everett area young golfers and parents! The two Everett City Golf Courses are very happy to be host facilities to the very popular PGA Junior League. We are looking for 24 juniors, between the ages of 7 - 13 to participate. 

The PGA Junior League is set up just like any baseball, soccer, or softball league. Participants play on teams and travel to golf courses in their local area to play another course's Junior League Teams. Participants receive uniforms with numbers, practice days, and a minimum of 6 matches. PGA Junior Golf League teams are run by PGA Golf Professional and instruction is definitely included in practices. 

Here are some of the key points: 

• Must be no older than 13 years old by August. 
• Juniors with an interest in golf are desired. Skill level is not a requirement - the desire to play on a team is most important. 
• Matches are 9 holes - 2 person teams. Season starts in May. 6 League matches are played through July. There is an option for playoffs - which take place in August. 
• Parents and other family can walk along with their kids on the course! 
• Fee is $225 - this includes uniform, golf fees, and instruction fees. Min. immediate payment of $75 is needed for uniforms and golf balls. If you are interested and want to make payment plans - we will help. 
• We will be holding a get together meeting in early May.
