* If you were a member in the past couple of years, then choose the Membership Sign Up option, otherwise, if you have NOT been a member in the past few years, then please select the Non-Member Option.

New for the 2022 Season!

We look forward to having events on our new greens, especially when the weather gets nice and the greens will continue to get flatter and faster!

USGA GHIN Handicaps to be deactivated on December 31, 2021!

Please help our volunteers and Pro Shop staff by using the Online Registration Process.  The links above will allow you to use a Credit or Debit card to pay for your 2022 dues! This helps us so that we don’t have to handle cash and checks and make deposits to the bank.  It saves a lot of time and effort!

If you need an active GHIN for a tournament or traveling to places where they are still posting scores, you will need to sign up today to get your 2022 GHIN activated!

New Formats!

We have included several new formats this year so we can increase the competition even further! These formats include: Quota, Stableford, Red/White/Blue, Beat the Pro, Nassau, 4-Club, Tombstone as well as our 4 trophy events!

Sponsorships

We are looking into getting several company sponsors for 2022 to help increase the prize funds and even get the equipment to hold a Glow Ball Tournament!  If you know a business owner that would like to get some marketing for our events, please have them email us at ovgcweh@gmail.com!

Event Fees and Fairness!

We are going to have the ability to pay for the events prior to the day of play so that we can clear up the Pro Shop to help facilitate our events rather than take our payments.  This will help things to go smoother and make it enjoyable for everyone involved. 

We will also be implementing a new handicap control system for the OPEN Division to ensure that EVERY player is using a fair and equitable handicap when competing in our events. 

Public Meetings!

We will advertise several public board meetings where Members can come and bring up any issues or ideas to better the club and the events we have.  This will be in coordination with certain tournaments throughout the season!  Come and be heard and help the club find solutions where everyone will benefit from!
